Moist fluffy Banana Cake recipe

I'm in a healthy mood these days! So I bake a banana cake. I had 2 bananas left in the kitchen and  instead of making a smoothie I bake a cake.

This cake is very easy you don't need a lot of ingredients and it's very moist. You can store this cake for 1 week and it still will be moist and fluffy!

So let's start with the ingredients!

Ingredients: 2 ½ cups of flour1 ½ cups of sugar½ teasp. Baking soda1 teasp. Baking powder¾ cups margarine3 eggs1 teasp. Vanilla extract¾ cups of sour cream½ teasp. Of salt1 cup smashed banana

Preparations: Sift in a bowl the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder and set aside.In a large bowl, mix together  margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.Add now the dry ingredients , the sour milk and bananas to the creamed mixture.  Beat together well.Line two 9 inch round cake ( I use a glass bakeware)  pans with wax paper and pour the batter into the pans.  
Bake at 175 degrees C  for 20 minutes or till your toothpick comes out dry.
