Butter cookies recipe

Everybody loved cookies!! Or is it only me (hahahaha) This is a very easy dough to make. Actually you can use this dough for a lot of pastry recipe for example lemon curd tart.

Ok, let start the fun.

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees Celsius. You can bake approximately  35 cookies (or more) with this dough
Ingredients: 300g flour 200 g soft butter 100 g of sugar 1 egg
All the ingredients has to be on room temperature!
Preparation: Make a hole in the middle of the flour and put the butter, sugar and egg in the middle. Knead the flour little by little and knead to a smooth dough. Press the dough flat, wrap it in a plastic paper and let it rest  for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

After 30 minutes take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out. With a cookie cutter cut your cookies out and put them on a tray with baking paper.
I sprinkle some confetti on my cookies. Just to make the cookies more fun and colorful.

Bake your cookies for about 10-12 minutes or till they are golden brown.…
