Lemon Cake Recipe

Lemon cake batter This recipe is for a 20 diameter cake pan
Ingredients 4 eggs,1 cup of sugar,1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,1 cup of milk,115 gr. Butter,2 cup of flour,2 teaspoon of bakingpowder,2 teaspoon of lemon juiceZest of 1 lemon1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation Preheat your oven at  180 degrees,Spread butter into the cake pan and covered the butter with a little bit of flour. This prevents the cake to stick in your cake pan,Cook the milk and the butter into a pan till the butter is melted. Take the pan of the stoof and let it cool down,Beat your egss, vanilla extract and lemon zest with a mixer for about 5 minutes,Keep mixing the eggs and add the sugar little by little into the bowl. Don’t do it too fast otherwise you will lose all the air of the egg foam.Sift the flour, bakingpowder and salt together,Add the flour, bakingpowder and salt little by little into the eggs and sugar foam,Put the 2 theaspoon of lemon juice into the pan with milk and melted butter,Take a little bit of the c…

Dinner rolls recipe

Hi Brownysss, Normally I only put pastry recipes on my blog like cake, cupcakes, cookies etc…. But I also make bread and other brownylicious things like cinnamon rolls, scones etc…. I received a lot of e-mails asking me, to put also these recipes on my blog. From now on I’m going to published more than only pastry recipes. So my first out of the box recipe is “Dinner rolls” recipe. We eat bread everyday so lets bake bread!!!!
Ingredients: 1 packet of dry yeast¼ cup of warm water1 cup of milk3 tbsp of butter1 beaten egg2 tbsp sugar3/4 tsp salt3 cup of flour

Preparation:Yeast mixture Disolve the packet of dry yeast with the 1/4 cup of warm (Not hot water). Let the yeast disolved till it get a little bit thicker.
